Your repair is provide with a full incoming analysis report and graphs explaining the cause of failure including inspection & measurement of all internal parts and an explanation of the required service needed to get the control back to OEM specification.
Full incoming quotations are performed within 24 hours at no charge in most cases and the average turn-around time is 2-3 days upon approval. Expediting service is available upon request.
Upon the outbound process DTS performs a full tear-down of the control, ultrasonic clean all parts, install new internal filters (if applicable), new seal kit, fit and assemble parts which the DTS performs a full calibration test including outbound plots. These plots include flow, leakage, frequency response, step response and pressure plots. This shows the customer the incoming-to-outgoing performance and the quality of the repair.
All repairs are provided with a full 12-month warranty against quality and craftsmanship along with technical support involving the repair.
